Your role

As a Marketing Specialist, you will be at the heart of our mission, realize marketing strategies that position AYA as a trusted partner for businesses navigating the energy transition. You’ll use your expertise to create compelling campaigns that deliver measurable results in a B2B context. You will report directly to the Head of Marketing and Communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage digital platforms (website, social media, email marketing) to ensure a strong and cohesive brand presence.
  • Create impactful content, including case studies, thought leadership pieces, and marketing collateral, to showcase AYA’s expertise.
  • Design and optimize Customer Journeys to enhance client engagement and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to translate complex energy solutions into clear and engaging narratives.
  • Analyse campaign performance and adjust strategies to optimize outcomes.



Who you are

We’re looking for a seasoned marketing professional with:

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in (a scale-up) the energy, sustainability, or technology sectors.
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign for designing professional marketing materials.
  • A proven track record of creating and executing successful marketing campaigns in a professional setting.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to present complex information in an approachable way.
  • Language: Dutch - French - English (perfect writing and speaking)
  • Strong digital marketing expertise, including SEO, social media management, and analytics tools.
  • A hands-on, results-driven approach and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • A passion for sustainability and an understanding of the energy transition landscape.
