Energy Manager Vacancy

Are you willing to impact energy-intensive organisations through their sustainable energy transition? Are you seeking a career in a dynamic work environment where you can make a real difference on the climate crisis?
Join AYA and become a driving force for environmental change!

Your role

As an Energy Manager, you will play a pivotal role in every facet of the energy transition, in particular for medium to large organisations. Your responsibilities span from defining strategic energy roadmaps to overseeing the implementation of optimised solutions in collaboration with clients and stakeholders. With a focus on our four pillars — energy strategy, on-site energy, off-site energy (PPAs), and residual energy — you will manage the delivery of a cohesive energy & decarbonisation roadmap for each client.

Acting as the primary point of contact, you will manage a customer portfolio and all associated stakeholders, including energy suppliers, solution providers, and partners. You will drive stakeholder engagement to ensure the success of every project, and you will have the opportunity to directly influence C-level decision-makers. With your hands-on attitude, you actively contribute to positively impact the EBIDTA of your clientele.

You cultivate and oversee an industry segment target audience, identifying their specific needs and crafting tailored propositions. You actively contribute to identifying & qualifying your client needs and support the commercial processes.

You will be part of a team of driven professionals. While you will take the lead in defining and managing your clients' strategic energy roadmaps, you will actively collaborate with your colleagues daily by sharing insights and best practices.

Additionally, you are involved in strategic decision-making processes that drive AYA's overarching ambitions, generating maximum value for both clients and our organisation.
